1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, our standard shipping will begin after 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking. Most orders will arrive within 1-14 business days however for international orders it could take up to 30 days or more. 

3. Do you offer free returns?

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your phone accessory, provided it is in the same condition you bought it and in condition to resell, simply contact our customer support team at support@unzier.com to initiate the return process. Please be mindful you will be required to provide photos of the product. 

4. Are your phone accessories compatible with all phone models?

Our accessories are designed to be compatible with a wide range of phone models, including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and more. However, we recommend checking the product description for specific compatibility information.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. What if I have a defective product?

If you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at support@unzier.com with your order details to request a cancellation.

8. Why did I not receive my confirmation email?

Please check your spam or junk folders. Be mindful emails may take a few hours dependant on server traffic. If you have not received a confirmation email after 3 hours please contact us at support@unzier.com with your order details.

9. When will I get my tracking?

Please be aware tracking will usually be automatically sent through to you 2-4 business days after processing. If you have not received a confirmation email after 4 days please contact us at support@unzier.com with your order details.
